I checked with Thule and they recommend using the 10 Fit Dial for the Thule Gateway Pro 2 Bike Rack part # TH88VR on a 2019 Nissan Murano.
Please note, if you don't already have a locking strap I do recommend one to prevent theft of the rack from the vehicle, you can use the Thule Passive Security Strap for Trunk Mounted Bike Carriers part # TH533 for this.
