Our highest rated and most popular front hitch for your 1997 Ford F-350 4WD is the Curt # 31310 which would work great with an E-bike carrier like the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 or a motorcycle carrier like the Ultra Fab # UF48-979033. Both of these carriers are very easy to use and are lighter weight with ramps that pull out for easier loading and unloading.
