The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SS45MR are compatible with the MagneRide suspension on your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500. These have a 2,800 lb weight capacity and a microcellular urethane construction.
The SumoSprings will be a great solution to help soften your ride while towing. They will help keep you level, absorb bumps and shocks, and also minimize sway. The # SS45MR features a no-drill installation and is maintenance free. These come with a limited lifetime warranty and are made in the USA.
I have attached an installation video for your reference.
