While we do have a great solution for you, the Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgate with Lock for Dodge Trucks # VGD-10-4000 does not have an area to mount your factory backup camera.

With that being said, the best solution is to use an aftermarket system like the Hopkins Rear View Camera with Backup Sensors - 2-1/2" LCD # HM60195VA. Since this is a license-plate style, you will not be limited to installing the camera on the tailgate. The # HM60195VA comes with color-coated alerts that tell you how close you are to objects. This is a great feature for ensuring that you do not have any accidents while backing up.
