While we do carry 2-bike racks that have the option to expand to 4 bikes, the compatibility of the rack truly depends on the weight of your e-bikes.
The absolute best option that gives you the most weight capacity is the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # TH69TX. This rack comes with 4 bike positions that you can remove to make 2 bike positions. With only 2 positions, the rack has a 60 pound per-bike weight capacity; with 4 bikes, the rack has a total capacity of 160 pounds. As far as bike compatibility, it works with bikes up to 50-1/2" wheelbases from axle to axle as well as bikes with wheel diameters of 20-29 inches.
Since the distance from the center of the shank pinhole to the closest part of the rack is 5" long, I recommend measuring the center of your hitch pinhole to the outside face of your rear bumper to make sure you have enough clearance length.
