The closest we have to the measurements your mentioned is the Even Rub Rail Trim for Enclosed Trailer # 36284-955 which is the 1-1/2" you need and is 93-1/2" long (7.7'). You would need to get two and cut one down to get the 10' that you need. The Even Rub Rail trim covers unfinished edges along the bottom of your enclosed trailer.
