Is this a compatible fit with a Hopkins trailer 7 blade connector 48505?

Yes, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118291 for your 2020 Honda Passport will accept the Hopkins 7-way blade connector 48505. As we do not currently carry the 48505, the # HM48502 is the same connector with a glow feature to show the connector is powered.
You will need a Mounting Bracket # PK12711U for the 7-way connector. If using on a trailer with electric brakes I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 be installed with the Wiring Adapter # 3070-P for a plug and play installation.
