Question:

I need to replace the insides to this A60 actuator. My trailer is a tandem axle with brakes on all 4 wheels, the actuator is a 6000. LB. What is the correct replacement actuator?

Expert Reply:

You will need either the Replacement Inner Member # DX97FR for tandem axle drum brakes or the # DX99FR for a tandem axle with disc brakes. The capacity was increased on the A-60 from 6,000lbs to 7,500lbs which is why you see the higher rating on the inner members.
