Does the BAL 25067 Gooseneck Adapter For Kingpin Tripod work with the Andersen ultimate hitch. And if so I assume that it goes up inside the hitch.

We do not carry the BAL brand, and would be unable to confirm if the BAL-25067 is a fit for the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter # AM3200, however I have another solution.
If you're looking for a tripod stabilizer that will work with the Anderson Ultimate Hitch # AM3200, then I suggest using the Ultra-Fab Gooseneck Trailer Tripod Stabilizer # UF19-950450 instead.
This tripod stabilizer is designed to work with gooseneck hitches like the Anderson Ultimate Hitch # AM3200, has a support capacity of 5,000lbs, and has a height adjustment range of 31" to 54".
