Yes, the etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit item # e98953 will fit your 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited and it is compatible with your Blue Ox tow bar. I have linked an installation video below.

For tow bar wiring you will want the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267.

You will also need a brake relay light like Item # RM-88400 that will work with the supplemental braking system.

To keep your battery charged will you are traveling you should add the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-156-25. This kit will make sure you don't have a dead battery when you arrive at your destination.

Most states require supplemental braking in the vehicle being flat towed. The easiest system to set up and use is the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. This system will apply your Jeep's brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.
