Question:

Have an existing Atwood G10-3E water heater looking to replace. Current cutout is 15-3/4 x 16-1/4. The Furrion cutouts are much smaller. Will the 18x18 door cover my existing cutouts? 16x16 door?

Yes, you can adjust your cutout dimensions and use the 18" x 18" Replacement Access Door for Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater, # FR73FR. Installing the 60,000 BTU Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater, # FR93FR.

A second option and my recommendation, providing the interior of your water heaters location supports the dimensions of 17-1/4" wide x 22-5/8" tall. Is to install the Excel RV Tankless Water Heater, # EX93FR. You can then continue to use your current door.

This tankless water heater provides on-demand hot water with a vent-free, compact installation. It operates its spark from two D cell batteries and provides endless hot water on demand as long you keep the propane supplied. This 38,000 Btu vent-free design with an ODS (Oxygen Depletion Safety) shutoff device will detect low levels of oxygen for safety. But providing you have decent air turnover this will operate with ease.

Per the manufacturer this has to be installed upright with the vent facing upwards and we do recommend that installation and service be performed by a qualified installer/RV Tech.
