I need the 2 small gears in the gear box for a cougar 5th wheel. do I order the whole gear box? part number 125340 of gear.model 1-065-041012-01

The part number 125340 you referenced is actually a motor, and the correct replacement for that is Replacement Motor # LG-142178. However, since you mentioned gears in the gearbox, you will need to replace the entire thing, which for your landing gear is the Replacement Aluminum Gearbox # LG-179015.
