I am looking to see if there is a rail kit to go from a puck 5th wheel hitch to a truck that doesn’t have the puck system

While there isn't an adapter to go from an OEM puck style base to base rails there is still the option to simply replace the base of your hitch with one that can mount to base rails.

For example if you have the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Ford OEM Legs # C16520-16017 you could replace the legs with the Replacement Base Legs for Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16920.

If you could provide me with the info on your hitch I can find the correct replacement base for you.
