Question:
Have a 2015 Flagstaff classic ultra light. Towing with 2015 Ram 1500. Did hook up a rearview camera to the 5th wheel. Connected to clearance lights..... Everything was working fine going to the camp ground. On the way back. the rearview camera shows no signal.... Got home Saturday the 16th of April. Checking the rearview camera today 23rd of April. Noticed, the clearance lights and tail lights quit working.. Brake lights and turn signals still work... Is there a fuse somewhere or is it possibly a tail light went out and caused everything else not to work??? Have to have the headlights on for the rearview camera to work. Everything when connected, works on the truck. But, no clearence lights, rearview camera not working and the tail lights on the trailer dont work.. Any ideas???? Thanks in advance

It sounds as if you've blown a fuse.
Check fuse in location F29 in the fuse panel in the engine compartment, and replace as needed. Before plugging the trailer back in, you'll want to locate the short in the running lamp circuit on the trailer that caused the fuse to blow. Take a good look at the running lamp circuit to find the short, and repair it otherwise, you'll continue to blow fuses.
To repair the short, you can use # 16-1-1 to graft in a new piece of wire as needed the wire is available by the foot. To make the repair connections, I'd recommend heat shrink butt connectors like # 05731-5 to keep moisture out of the connections.
