I received my trailer lock part #63227 but the keys wont unlock the lock.

I made a short video showing how the Gorilla Guard Coupler Lock, # 63227, should operate. If you are operating the lock correctly, then there could be an issue with the lock core or key and the unit would need to be replaced.
