Dear Sirs, I Have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with two 60 inch long,2 inch wide, 1 inch high solid strips on the top. Will the Thule THTB60 replace these and attach to a Thule Jeep Grand Cherokee Roof Rack Sport Utility Bars?

I spoke with my contact at Rhino Rack about your 2014 Grand Cherokee. They told me that the strips mounted on your roof are part of the mounting system required to have the factory flush rails installed. They said the only way to have a roof rack installed is to have the dealership first install the flush rails.
If you choose to have the rails installed, I would recommend the Jeep Grand Cherokee Roof Rack by Rhino Rack, which consists of part # RRVA137B-2, part # RRRLKVA, and part # DK234.
