It doesn't look like the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Bracket Kit for Ram Truck # C16427 will fit your 2009 Dodge Ram 2500, however I have a couple of solutions for you.
I recommend using the custom install kit # RP50140 which will mount beneath your truck bed to provide attachment points for 5th-wheel rails.
This kit is just the mounting brackets, however if you wanted a complete kit you can use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50140-58.
