Question:

Can this support two kayaks? Also, can this mount on the Thule racks that came with my Subaru Outback 3.6L 2018? Large Yakima OffGrid PREMIUM CARGO BASKET. Thank!

Yes, the Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 62" Long x 40" Wide - 165 lbs # Y07138-08 can support 2 kayaks but there are some things you need to check first to make sure everything checks out.

The OffGrid can carry up to 165 lbs of cargo but your roof rack will be the limiting factor here. It looks like the Thule rack that fits the flush rails has a weight capacity of 110 lbs while the Thule rack that fits the raised rails has a weight capacity of 130 lbs. The OffGrid itself weighs in at 52 lbs so you'll need to make sure your kayaks plus their carriers remain under the leftover weight capacity:

Flush Rails - 58 lbs
Raised Rails - 78 lbs

If you use the Yakima JayLow Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # Y04073 to carry both kayaks then that will further reduce the remaining weight capacity by 11 lbs (Flush = 47 and Raised = 67) for just the kayaks. The JayLow comes with bow/stern tie-downs but you'll need another set, part # Y04031, for the second boat.

If you need more carrying capacity for your kayaks then you'll need to take the OffGrid off of your 2018 Subaru Outback Wagon so you don't have to reduce your carrying capacity by the 52 lbs of the OffGrid.
