You can use the Small Wheel Hoop Adapter for Hollywood Racks Universal Wheel Holders - Qty 1, part # HLY24FR, with your Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # HLY64FR. You will be able to carry a bike with 20" tires once this is in place.
