We definitely have the replacement wheel hoop you need for the Swagman Traveler XC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches or RV Bumpers # S64663. The part you need is the Replacement Wheel Hoop, Knob and Bolt for Swagman XC2 Bike Carrier # P189.This wheel loop is a direct replacement of the original hoop of your XC2. This hoop works for either side of the rack.
