Question:
Hello I have a 2020 Cedar Creak with 7000 pound Dexter axles and I hate how it breaks. I would love to do a upgrade to Kodiak disk brakes. Do you recommend the Kodiak rubber brake hoses and the oil bath? Can I get help pulling all of the items for the project?

Yes, you can definitely upgrade to disc brakes and an oil bath setup like what we find with the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HRCM1337-9DAC, which is rated for a 7,000 lb axle. You will need the Bearing Kit # DBRKHW890 for each rotor. This comes with the inner bearing # 25580, outer bearing # 02475, and an oil seal that has a 2.250" inner diameter. You also need some bearing oil which you can find on our site as part # XLPROLUBE.
Then for a brake line kit we have a few different options. I like the rubber lines because they can flex under the trailer along with the axle and suspension and you don't have to worry about them snapping. I'm not sure what exact Cedar Creek RV you have so I've linked our selection of brake line kits for you to filter through. You'll need an appropriate length and for the correct number of axles (tandem or triple).
Finally you'll need the HydraStar Actuator # HBA16 itself so you can control your brakes using your electric brake controller. We do have kits that come complete with the actuator, brake lines, and the parts for the disc brakes but they use the grease application. An oil bath setup tends to run a little cooler but the issue you have there is if the seal or cap fail the oil spills right out and your bearings get damaged real bad whereas grease won't immediately spill out since it isn't a liquid. It really boils down to what you'd like to use.
Attached are some videos for you to check out as well.
