The Club Pedal-to-Wheel Vehicle Lock - Chromoly Steel # WICL303RED fits vehicles with 22-1/2" to 30" from the arm of the pedal to the bottom of the steering wheel when the steering column is set to lowest position. If this is what your Ram ProMaster 1500 van has then it will fit.
