Can the Lippert Ground Control Jacks Be Retracted When Not Connected To a Truck?

You can retract the rear jacks of the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 when it not connected to your truck. If you want to retract the landing gear/front jacks you will need to use Jack Stands # PTW41021 that are capable of supporting the weight of the 5th wheel while you retract the jacks. Also be sure the wheels are properly chocked as you do not want the camper to slide on the jack stands.
