You could use white lithium grease or we recommend using the LubriMatic Multi-Purpose Lithium Grease # L11316 for your Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16140. The Curt maintenance guide just says to use high-pressure wheel bearing grease as being the preferred option.
