Does the speed rating at 65 mph mean? You can only go 65 miles an hour.?

The Kenda KR25 Radial Trailer Tire with 12" Aluminum HWT Wheel # AM31208HWT actually has an 81 mph speed rating. This means it's safe to go up to that speed and not worry about failure.
