These custom brackets reduce the amount of time required to install the hitch because they install using pre-existing holes in your trucks frame. These rails are compatible with B&W Patriot, Curt, Demco, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Husky, Reese, and Valley above-bed 5th-wheel hitches.

The Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails with Installation Kit item # C16200 you were looking at are for late 90's GM trucks. They won't fit your truck.
