Is there curvature built into these rails that match the curvature of the roof?

While there is no curvature built into the Thule Roof Mounted Top Rack System - 54" Long # THTP54, the tracks are pliable and will flex to match most roof styles upon installation.
The length of compatible crossbars you need depend on the year/make/model of your vehicle. Feel free to respond to this answer with that information, and I will be happy to recommend the right parts for you.
