I am purchasing a Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 Including the factory installed tow package. The package does not include a brake controller the tow package includes A hitch. And writing for a brake controller. . Your three product recommendations indicated “without factor tow package “ Please recommend a controller. Thank you.

Sometimes on newer vehicles, like your 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450, we don't have a complete picture of what the tow package looks like and so we will put some generic options on our site. Our fitguide will then change as manufacturers come out with wiring instructions or we learn more about the vehicle to know how to instruct people on what exact parts to get.
If the wiring that you found is definitely for a brake controller then I recommend using the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR because it can be installed virtually anywhere and the only part that you will see is the small control knob.
To install the wiring from this controller you need to connect the wire colors from the pigtail to the following functions:
Blue - 7-Way Output to Trailer
Black - 12V Power
White - Ground
Red - COLD Side of Stop Light Switch (only gets hot when brake pedal is pressed)
