I need same but for a trailer, only I 4inch position used at a time.

Since high-low adapters, like the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars # RM-070 cannot be used to tow a trailer, I recommend getting a different ball mount to compensate for the needed 4" of rise.
You can use the Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches # D-28, which offers 4" of rise, and 6" of drop, measures 14-1/4" long, and has a maximum weight capacity of 6,000-lbs.
