For your 2021 Jayco Redhawk 31F Motorhome I recommend the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder w/ Hinges - Aluminum - 99-1/2" Tall x 12" Wide # LA-401. This ladder is customizable so you can trim it to the exact height you need. It also comes with pivoting mounting brackets and optional hinges to fit different roof contours as well as angled, flat, or sloping rear walls.

If you would like to check the height you will need you can measure from the roof line to the bottom of your cab. If you find that the ladder wouldn't be long enough you can also use the Stromberg Carlson RV Ladder Extension - Anodized Aluminum - 48" Long # LA-148. If you would prefer the ladder in black, the # LA-401BA is also available.
