Is there a replacement part for the sleeve adapter? I lost mine and need to replacement

While there is not a replacement sleeve adapter for the rack, there is a way to still use it in your 2 inch hitch so you don't have to get a new bike rack. What you can do is use a 2" to 1-1/4" adapter, and it will also need a pin and clip to secure the adapter to your hitch:
- Hitch Adapter 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # 80300
- Pin and Clip # C21510
