I have a basic hitch pin with a lock that has the number 005 on the lock mechanism. Is replacement key available?

There is not, so what you'll need is a replacement hitch lock, which isn't going to be too much more than a replacement key, and will always have replacement keys available as well. For a 2" or 2-1/2" hitch pin lock, what you can use is the following:
