looking to get new side rails for a DEMCO auto slide 18k, for a factory under bed system from chevrolet. I have 2022, 2500hd High Country. Not sure what I need to purchase. thank you for your time.

How does your current Demco Hijacker Autoslide mount? If it's meant to attach to industry standard bed rails such as those provided with # DM6071, you'll need a puck to rail adapter like # DM6333.
If your hitch side plates are meant for the Demco underbed mounts, you'll need to remove them and install the above bed mount side plates, part # DM6003 which will fit into the slots provided by the # DM6333.
