Outside spindle diameter 1.062” Inside spindle diameter 1.375”. Seal# Trp. GS-1719DL. Axle is marked 3500lbs. Do you need length of spindle?

What is the diameter of the damaged axle you have? I need to determine capacity and that's easiest way. Or get bearing numbers or spindle dimensions where bearings ride.
