Can pack em bracket kit be used to add 6in schedule 40 pipe on side of malone lowmax trailer

Yes, the Ladder Rack Bracket Kit # PK-28WL can be used to hold pipes, and conduit as long as you are not exceeding the weight capacity of 75lbs for the set. Since the 6" schedule 40 has a external width of 6-5/8" it would have to be deformed to fit inside the 6-1/4" width of the bracket.
You will need the Trailer Tower Kit # PK-BMH to mount on the Malone Lowmax trailer.
