Yes, the Draw-Tite Ball Mount for 3" Hitches # 40701 will fit your 2021 Ford F-250 with the 3" receiver. The ball mount has a 6" drop or 4" rise depending on how you place it in the receiver. You will need a hitch ball with a 1-1/4" diameter shank like the Curt 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # C40085.
I recommend the BOLT Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # BL7023585 to secure the ball mount in your receiver. This will allow you to match the receiver lock to the key on your F-250 so that you will not have to carry additional keys. You can also get the BOLT Trailer Coupler Lock # BL7025290 and BOLT Trailer Coupler Lock # BL7032496 to secure your trailer to your truck while being towed or keep it from being stolen while you are not towing.
