Expert Reply:
Both the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11390 and Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24865 for your 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid will allow for a Thule class I compatible bike racks. I recommend the Draw-Tite over the Curt as you are required to use the Curt Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap for Hitch-Mounted Accessories # 18050 with the Curt receiver.
The Thule Helium Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH44VR and Thule T2 Classic Bike Rack # TH9045 are two of Thule's bike racks that are compatible with the class I receiver.
I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118422 be installed with the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector that allows for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 to be installed on the bike rack. These are needed since your bikes will impair the clear view of your tail lights on the Fusion.
