With this hitch you will able to use the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension for SuperHitch Trailer Hitch Receivers - 36" Long item # TLE1536.
You may also want the Adjustable Shank for TorkLift SuperHitch Trailer Hitches - 12-1/2" - 20,000 lbs item # TLM9000.
