Question:
I want to add the curt sway control to my trailer.Does curt make a sway control arm that holds the ball that would fit inside this C45900 hitch so I don’t have to buy another adjustable hitch?

The only way to use the Channel Style Adjustable Ballmount part # C45900 with the Curt Friction Sway Control for Weight Distribution Systems part # 17200 would be to weld on the Weld-On Sway Control Tab part # C45822 onto the side of the channel and even then this isn't really ideal.
If you don't know how to weld it could end up just being more cost effective to go with an electric option assuming the trailer has brakes, the Tuson Asymmetric Sway Control part # 335TSC-1000.
