Question:
Will this work with my Thule easy fold bike rack for my electric bike and towing an AIrstream basecamp? There is not jackknifing with my vehicle and the trailer- I am concerned that having a bike rack, and bikes on it, could increase the chance of the bikes hitting the trailer on tight turns….

In order to make sure the Thule Easyfold XT # TH903202 will work with the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2" Receiver for Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers # D210 with your Airstream Basecamp, you need to consider 2 things:
1. The combined height of the ball that you use and the coupler must not exceed about 5-13/16 inches tall from the ball mounting hole of the mount. If those two components exceed this height, it will interfere with the shank of the EasyFold XT (or any bike rack you use). I went ahead and included an image of the measurements of the the ball mount.
2. The EasyFold XT's furthest points measures 35" away from the pinhole. Since the distance from the pinhole to pinhole of the # D210 measures 7-1/2 inches, there is a total of 42-1/2 inches of length from the center of the pinhole of your hitch receiver on the tow vehicle the end of the EasyFold XT. I recommend measuring your trailer's coupler 42-1/2 inches from the center of your hitch's pinhole to make sure you have enough clearance when making turns with the EasyFold XT installed with the # D210. This should give you a good idea if you have enough clearance to make turns with this setup.
