The 23x47 Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 450 lbs, part # M2200, weighs 54 lbs. It installs in a 2" trailer hitch. If you do not have one on your 2003 Toyota Highlander, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2", part # 41541. It is a 2" trailer hitch with a maximum tongue weight of 350 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs.
Please keep in mind, you will have to check your owner's manual for the maximum tongue weight of your vehicle. You should adhere to whatever total is the lowest.
