Question:
I have purchase a new Redwood 5th wheel. I would like to add the TPMS on the 4 wheels. Is there a sensor that can be installed on the valve stem that would be compatible with the 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali on board system?

Unfortunately the only way to get a TPMS system that's compatible with the on-board system of your 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 would be to purchase GM branded system directly from them.
