Question:
Your web-site says the Curt wireless break controller model C51180 is not confirmed to fit my 2022 Wagoneer. Does that mean it doesnt fit? Or does that mean you havent yet tested it to be compatible with my Jeep? Thank you for addressing this. Rob PS: if youre not familiar, the Wagoneer is a new model this year. Mine has a class IV receiver with a 7 pin harness. It does not have the heavy duty tow pkg., but it does have tow haulinch mode that allows the vehicle to adjust gear ratios.

The Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 2 Axles - Proportional # C51180 will absolutely work with your 2022 Jeep Wagoneer. The best part about this brake controller is that it will work with any vehicle that has a 7-way and plugs in-line with the 7-way at the back of your vehicle. The ones currently listed for your vehicle have the custom wiring harness confirmed to fit the factory tow port in the cab of the 2022 Wagoneer.
Once installed, you will be able to control this brake controller via the app on your phone. This will allow you to adjust the braking power as well as use the manual override. If your phone dies or is disconnected it will continue to operate normally with the current settings. If you like the idea of having a manual override button present in your vehicle then the # C83HR is available separately.
I have attached some review videos for your reference.
