Dumb question but the bolt size referenced below doesnt refer to the size of the head on the bolt correct? Its the diameter of the actual bolt? 1/2 inch Bolts GR5 90 ft-lbs 5/8 inch Bolts GR5 150 ft-lbs 3/4 inch Bolts GR5 275 ft-lbs

Correct, for the Lippert 1621SHD 5th Wheel Pin Box, # LC1387882 and other pin boxes, reference is for the bolt diameter not wrench size.
