If I connect this items blur wire to backup lights would it realease my boat trailer were I can back it up without any additional wiring.I have a regular 4 flat installed now but boat trailer is 5 flat

Yes, if you connect the blue wire of the Curt trailer wiring 4-way to 5-way part # C57187 to the reverse lights of your tow vehicle it will activate the reverse lockout solenoid of your trailer wiring and will allow it to be reversed without applying the brakes.
