Question:
I have a 2022 Toyota Tacoma trd and I’m trying to pull a camper. Would RED44FR Redach Tow-Pro Elite unit work for my setup? Thank you for your help

A brake controller like the Redarc # RED44FR Tow-Pro Elite isn't a vehicle specific item. Just about any brake controller can be installed on just about any vehicle.
Luckily, the 2022 Toyota Tacoma is prewired for a brake controller, so if the # RED99FR vehicle specific wiring harness is used, the controller would be a plug and play install on your truck. The control knob would typically mount in an unused switch knockout in the dash. A mounting bezel that's specifically designed for the Tacoma is available as part # 331-TPSI-002. The mounting bezel dresses up the install, making the control knob look like it was installed at the factory.
This being said, unless you'll be towing the trailer overland, you really won't need the driver-controlled mode offered by the Tow-Pro Elite. You could go with the less expensive proportional-only Tow-Pro Liberty, # RED24FR which would work perfectly for you. The Liberty uses the same # RED99FR wiring harness and # 331-TPSI-002 control knob mounting bezel mentioned above.
I've linked to a video explaining how the Redarc-Tow Pro Liberty works.
