Can Shank of Flash Solid Steel Adjustable Ball Mount be Used with Weight Distribution

Question:
Would I be able to switch out the hitch with a weight distribution hitch? And will this work with a 6”lifted truck

A weight distribution system head would not be able to attach to the shank of the Fastway part # FA49-00-5900 but since this is capable of 10 inches of drop it would work great on a truck with a 6 inch lift.
