Will The Blaylock EZ Jack And Wheel Chock Work With Tandem-Axle Boat Trailers

Question:
I am considering your aluminum EZ Jack product for my boat trailer. The trailer is a tandem axle, boat is 22ft Skeeter bass boat trailer about 24ft long, tires are 245/45 R18s. Would this product give me enough height to change a tire?
