Can the Go Power Overlander Expansion Pack Be Added to a 170 Watt Panel Using a GP-PWN-30 Controller

Question:

Looking at your Go Power Overlander expansion kit. I have a Go Power 170W panel on my RV now with the GP-PWN-30 controller. Can I add the 190W panel, even though they are rated at different voltages? Will it give me 360 total watts?

I contacted the manufacturer to confirm that the Go Power Overlander Expansion Kit # 34282182 could be added to your Go Power 170W panel on your RV with the GP-PWN-30 controller. They were able to inform me that you could add up to 2 of the Go Power Overlander Expansion Kit # 34282182 to that set-up and controller. Your GP-PWN-30 controller can handle up to 570 watts.
