Will Old Curt Q5 Hitch Head Fit Curt 5th Wheel Round Tube Slider for 2021 Ford F-350 with OEM Pucks

I just got a 2021 Forf F-350 with 5th wheel prep package. I have a stationary curt hitch 16125 That I removed from my old truck. I’m looking at the curt tube slider C16020 My question is will the head from my 16125, I believe Q5, work with the slider mount c16020

Yes, your older Curt Q5 5th wheel hitch head will fit just fine on the Curt 5th Wheel Round Tube Slider # C16020 for the OEM puck system on your 2021 Ford F-350. According to my research your Q5 has the same bolt pattern for mounting to the 5th wheel hitch legs as the newer A16, A20, A25, E16, Q16, Q20, and Q24 5th-wheel trailer hitches.

Please note that even though this round tube slider is rated for 24K, the Q5 that you have is only rated for 20K so that's your limiting factor and the weight capacity you don't want to exceed.
